Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize workload

Greet customers, identify their homebuying needs and match with our product offering

Manage the model homes to ensure they meet company expectations/standards and ensure the model is in top working order.

Be knowledgeable regarding mortgage and financing information

Manage the contract administration of the purchase agreement including the selection sheet and other details

Partner effectively with the Construction Manager to ensure customer satisfaction
