Field Finance Manager Jobs

Maintain and obtain additional industry knowledge via continuing education and training opportunities as provided the Company

Liaison between all stakeholders, including finance and insurance product providers, various Company departments, the dealership network and other liaisons.

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience

Prefer previous experience within an automotive financial services company and/or dealership environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills

Strong negotiating, influencing and decision making skills a must

3-5 years of experience in Finance, Business, or related field; or an equivalent in education and experience

· Training all levels of Regional Management and Regional Support Teams on financial matters and policies

Experience in multi-unit retail is preferred

Ability to effectively organize and manage priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment

Skilled at presenting financial data to all levels of leaders

In addition to following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

B.A./B.S. in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; or an equivalent in education and experience

3-5 years of experience in Finance, Business, or related field; or an equivalent in education and experience

Identifying profit and cost opportunities and influencing Regional Management on the prioritization of strategies to realize such opportunities

Developing financial reporting for varying levels of management within the region, effectively communicating actionable and important insight

Training all levels of Regional Management and Regional Support Teams on financial matters and policies

Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills and the ability to manage financial information in a confidential and professional manner

Analyze and report revenue cycle management (RCM) KPIs as well as creating and updating RCM dashboards.

3-5 years of finance experience required

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel required

Working knowledge of Income Statements, Balance Sheets and Statement of Cash Flows required

Healthcare RCM experience a plus

Experience with SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, SmartSheet, PowerPivot, VBA Macros, Great Plains (GP), and other technical systems a plus
