Provides management with earliest possible notification of real and potential job problems.

Perform any other duty and/or project as required or assigned by the WTI Foreman and/or Commercial Business Manager.

Attend and understand daily onsite safety brief prior to the start of the WTI project.

Inspect and ensure safety of surroundings, equipment and tools and identify and discuss any safety concerns.

Complete the project per the scope or work, design and specification of contract & engineering documents as directed by foreman.

Responsible to aid foreman in tracking and monitoring project inventory.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Attend pre-game meeting – receive game duties, review all necessary items and receive instructions.

Meet all pre-game participants – thoroughly explain field instructions and conduct rehearsals.

Prepare for in-game features– confirm participants, set up props, etc.

Execute any live shots, presentations, other items assigned.

Prep and coordinate halftime entertainment and associated needs including audio, props, etc.

Support Construction Managers on job sites as needed

Basic wood framing knowledge required

Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional schedules

Patch / hang drywall and paint as needed

Help with tile or flooring installation

Assist with trim carpentry or exterior siding
