Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Be Limited To

Perform all duties associated with Grade 3.

Edit / review logs, complex reports, and plans.

Attend senior level meetings representing this discipline of security.

Knowledgeable of Risk Management Framework

Carry out the DoD Risk Management Framework to ensure the systems are secure

Experience conducting network and system audits for vulnerabilities using STIGs, DISA SCAP, ACAS, etc

Conduct network and system audits to identify and remediate vulnerabilities in Linux, Windows, Cisco, Juniper, VMWare, and other related operating systems

5+ years of IT experience

Knowledgeable of DoD policies and procedures (FIPS 199, FIPS 200, NIST 800-53 and other applicate policies

5+ years experience, in a project management role leading enterprise-scale CRM projects,

Lead internal and external project customers; confirmed negotiation, conflict management, issues, executive communication, and leadership skills

Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication, and organizational change.

Public Sector, Non-profit, and Education

Exercise solid project leadership skills combined with a good eye for business and in-depth analytical skills.

Facilitate requirements gathering and assist with the creation of project results, as needed.

Understand product requirements and create solutions involving investigation, design, programming and testing

Work collaboratively with the team to manage simultaneous projects

You have hands-on experience with writing and maintaining automated tests (unit, integration, stress, load, etc.)

3+ years’ experience in overall software development and distributed applications

Perform programming/scripting in a variety of languages on multiple Platforms including Linux

Reading an existing codebase to understand the existing functionality

Experienced at requirements gathering, design, development and gap analysis with a proven track record of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) application delivery.

Experienced at project management and team leadership.

Supporting engineering and management reviews

Experience and knowledge in flight project ground and/or operations systems

Recommends and implements solutions to highly complex issues; advises customer and management.

Experience in providing System Engineering Support for the development of requirements specifically for an Oracle Application Development Framework Self Service Application.

Knowledge of project management concepts and is preferred.

Transmission and/or substation engineering, construction, or maintenance experience at 69kV and above is preferred.

Demonstrated experience supervising construction or field crews is preferred.

Experience in electrical system protection and control engineering, construction, or maintenance is preferred.

A degree in mechanical, civil, or electrical engineering is preferred.
