Fiber Coordinator Jobs

Hybrid: will work in office and remote capabilities

Lead and manage client initiatives to secure, strengthen, develop and enhance client relationships.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field preferred.

Proven track record working across matrix organizations, leveraging soft skills, personal networks, and influential skills to drive successful outcomes.

Experience working directly with tower companies, mobile network operators and/or service companies.

Industry: Telecommunications for Wireless and Fiber Networks

NO previous experience necessary/but preferred

Maintain satisfactory compliance with customer security requirements.

Maintain compliance of all work site safety requirements.

High school diploma or GED required.

In-house certified Training Required (company provided): OSHA 30, E2 Fall Protection, E2 Confined Space Entry, and First Aid/CPR

Ability to work in the elements

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

Review Utilities issued documents for contractibility prior to start of construction and report/manage potential contractibility issues.

Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Org Plus, Outlook, SharePoint and Internet/Intranet applications

Must be able to demonstrate experience in working in group settings, social events and governmental agencies

Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance are offered.

Be on site during all construction activities

· Participate in in-house continuing education to further knowledge and skills

Entry level position with no prior experience in recycle necessary.

Preferred: BA/BS or equivalent experience in a high-volume customer service or support environment

· Manage quality and safety exceptions with sense of urgency upon notification to minimize cost.
