One year of luxury car experience at a dealership or detail shop

Maintain new and used car inventory appearance, vehicle condition, and show floor layout

Hand wash vehicles before returning to clients

Transport vehicles to various locations

Move, add fuel, clean, change batteries and/or tires, install floor mats, license plates, add fluids

Minimum 7 years retail experience with at least 3 years of retail management within luxury segment

Manage store processes for areas of risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management

Understand and properly execute all management register functions

Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise, and develop product knowledge among selling staff

Manage and direct Annual Inventory and Cycle Counts

Minimum 7 years retail experience with at least 3 years of retail management within luxury segment

Continually evaluate the performance of each associate, supervisor, and manager and provide constant feedback to ensure results

Perform a diagnosis and report back to management with work that is required and await authorization.

Keep informed of all safety guidelines of management and other agencies, especially the disposal of hazardous waste.

Take all required and suggested training, keeping a record of classes and certification completed.

Minimum of 1-2 years’ Service Technician experience required

Ferrari Service Technician experienced preferred
