Job Description of Fellowship Program Coordinator The Fellowship Program Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a fellowship program. This includes developing and implementing program policies and procedures, coordinating program activities, and providing support to fellows. The Fellowship Program Coordinator will also be responsible for recruiting and selecting fellows, providing guidance and support to fellows throughout their fellowship, and evaluating the program’s effectiveness. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of program management principles and practices
• Ability to develop and implement program policies and procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management
• Ability to work with diverse populations
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least two years of experience in program management
• Knowledge of grant writing and fundraising
• Experience working with non-profit organizations
• Knowledge of fellowship programs
