Managerial experience in higher education ina Enrollment Registrar-relatedrole;

Oversee and manage CUNY’s Enterprise Resource System (CUNYFirst), CourseDog, and other related systems that facilitate the functions of the office;

Serves as theLaw School’s FERPA Resource ManagerandDesignated School Official (DSO) for international students;

Handles certification for the bar exam and character and fitness. Maintains data related to bar exam performance;

Master's degree in higher education, education administration, information technology or relateddiscipline;

Working knowledge of governmental and accrediting regulations underFERPA

Ensures reporting requirements are completed in timely and accurate manner to fulfill various legal obligations; maintains audit trails

Manages professional and clerical staff as well as department budget

Provides leadership in advancing the College's enrollment goals and is responsible for all activities associated with the registration process

Assesses outcomes and formulates responses to meet established goals and objectives; presents performance results data to facilitate executive decision-making
