Family Services Analyst Jobs

3. At least two (2) years of experience working in case management.

6. At least two (2) years of work experience in organizational management.

4. Monitors case management services to women and children to include assessments, goal setting, and monitoring progress.

3. Of the three (3) years of experience requires three (3) years of supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications (In Order of Significance)

2. At least two (2) years of work experience developing and updating curriculum in a program area.

Requires the ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work. 

Tasks may involve extended periods of time at keyboard or work station.

Some tasks require the ability to perceive and discriminate sounds and visual cues or signals. 

Some tasks require the ability to communicate orally.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Experience in Early Childhood Education or Head Start/Early Head Start programs

Successfully complete all requirements for Infant/Toddler CDA� within forty-five (45) days of hire.

Regulation, and DHS Child Care Licensing requirements.

Participate in and attend all staff meetings, trainings, and certification courses as required.

Occasionally travel locally as required in the performance of responsibilities.

APPROXIMATE ANNUAL SALARY - $45,184.32 to $66,043.44 PAY GRADE: 29

Work Type: A Permanent, full time vacancy

Prefer working knowledge of case management and crisis intervention practices and experience managing caseloads involving vulnerable populations

All other duties as needed and may include supervisory responsibilities in child welfare programs.

Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or bachelor’s degree in any field plus two years of related human services experience

Master’s degree in the Human Service field with moderate to extensive experience in the same

Prefer experience with foster parent training and recruitment

Prefer experience handling progressively enhanced assignments routinely
