Overview The Family Response Team (FRT) is a specialized team of professionals who provide crisis intervention, family support, and case management services to families in crisis. The team works with families to identify and address the underlying causes of their crisis, and to develop a plan to help them move forward. FRT members are trained to provide a range of services, including crisis intervention, family support, case management, and community outreach. Detailed Job Description The Family Response Team (FRT) is responsible for providing crisis intervention, family support, and case management services to families in crisis. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
• At least two years of experience working with families in crisis
• Certification in crisis intervention or family therapy
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
