One (1) year of experience using an enterprise wide HRIS and talent management systems, iCIMS; and SAP preferred.
Model the routine, intentional and effective use of technology in daily work, including communications, organization and management tasks.
Maintain a thorough knowledge in such areas as EEO, ADA, Fair Labor Standards, federal and other regulatory requirements.
One (1) year of supervisory experience preferred.
Manage personnel staffing consistent with federal, state, district regulations, and assist with compliance issues.
Reviews and retrieves information regarding district personnel within the various human resources systems i.e., SAP, iCIMS, FMLA Manager.
