Nurse Practitioner - Full time position at Worthington Healthcare Center.
Review lab work, test results and conduct family interviews and staff interviews to determine recommendations for care.
Work with collaborating physician to determine appropriate treatment plans.

Detailed Job Description:

Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants are responsible for providing primary care services to patients. They perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, diagnose and treat illnesses, and provide patient education and counseling. They also provide preventive care services, such as immunizations and health screenings. FNPs and PAs may also provide specialty care services, such as women’s health care, geriatric care, and mental health care.
