Manage internal approval process and logistical details for executive and talent speaking requests and engagements.

Must have minimum 2-years of work experience in public relations or communications role.

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Provide cross-team communication support for the overall PR team to align on priorities, schedules, announcements and events.

Provide support with research projects, transcribing interviews and other assigned press projects.

Support product managers and A&Rs with admin and strategic decisions around new signings

Prior experience writing press releases

Superb written and oral communication skills

Experience working with Microsoft Word - Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Organize and disseminate Alamo release schedule

Pitch interviews and press writeups for emerging artists

· Sample closet management for PR related loans and send outs.

· Manage weekly marketing reports by:

· Manage the content library and share assets with teams and partners

· 1-2 years experience in agency or in house.

· Intermediate skill set using Adobe Creative Suite.

· Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner.

Build influencer lists that match back to the strategy of each seeding and manage outreach to recipients

Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years’ of directly related experience
