Help prep segments that we are doing, including research, question docs, and more

Documentary or original reporting work for standalone episodes, which would include archival research, cutting tape and scripting

Planning and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously.

Manage communications and requests from the field, fulfilling all requests in a timely manner.

Excellent oral, written, presentation and communication skills needed.

Any prior experience using Photoshop is a bonus

0-1 Year Experience In Retail Setting Preferred.

Assist with the monthly campaign development, mocking tables/creating presentations.

Manage the integrity and timeliness of employee paperwork processing including new hires, status changes and separations

Perform background and reference checks for new hires and review with HR Coordinator and HR Manager for hiring decision

Partner with VP HR & HR Manager to complete special projects on an as-needed basis (EOM, Corporate Events)

Organizing production samples and bulk submits

Attending production fittings & take fit notes

Assembling/organizing materials for overseas factories

Working closely with team to prepare for production with overseas factories

Assist in updating weekly WIP reports

Assist Social Media Assistants and Project Managers to manage business listing and profile, and customer communication on Yelp and Google

Work closely with Social Media Assistants and Project Managers to develop marketing strategies and promotion ideas for clients

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Three month internship period with a potential offer to turn into a full- time job

Assist Marketing Team to create social media content calendars (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) for food & beverage, hospitality or lifestyle brands

Assist Marketing Team for photoshoot and filming on monthly basis

Strong writing skills and understanding of the media landscape

The ideal candidate must be a college graduate by the start of the internship or have demonstrated transferrable skills
