Factory Operations Manager Jobs

Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ERP systems such as SAP

Consumer products goods industry or prior food or beverage experience preferred

Technical knowledge of manufacturing operations, warehousing, and distribution

Prior experience leading, coaching and developing a team and delivering performance metrics through others

Continuous improvement experience, specifically Six Sigma, Lean or TPM

Exceptional communication, relationship building and formal presentation skills

Correlate factory needs/requirements as it comes to utilization of the HALO wind tunnel on site at TRC.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Strong communication skills and ability to communicate and collaborate with associates of all levels.

Sufficient experience and background in accounting, manufacturing, human resources management, inventory control and strategic planning.

Works to develop future state value stream maps and manages the plans to achieve it.

Knowledge of FDA, QSR, ISO13485, ISO14971 Risk Assessment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Ownership of the Value stream P&L’s, including cost analysis and opportunities, and manufacturing productivity.

Three years of retail and/or consumer service experience

One year of leadership experience

High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of post-secondary education will be considered a plus

Act as a role model to Company personnel and be recognized as a leader.

Assess, identify, and implement technological advancements.

Drive continuous improvement activities utilizing lean manufacturing principles and tools.

Manage the capacity and launch of new channels, equipment, and capabilities in the factory.

Ensure that all requirements concerning Health & Safety, environmental and legal regulations are followed.

Proven track record and at least 7+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership position.

Experience as a People First leader who prioritizes team development.

Experience in successful implementation of Lean Manufacturing or our Production system.

Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Must have a minimum of five years' experience in a management or supervisory capacity within a manufacturing environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Plans, directs, and coordinates the manufacturing of products in assigned factory in compliance with company goals and objectives.

Participates in high performance teams as needed to meet business objectives.

Prepares reports, including but not limited to labor, scrap, production efficiency, cost reductions, and quality of product.

Maintains proper employment levels through effective selection, interviewing, training, on-boarding, and retention methods.
