Work closely with Regional Vice Presidents and Regional Property Managers to develop the annual maintenance programs for owned and managed properties.
Ensure that the Company and/or Owners’ objectives are being achieved.
Ensure compliance in regards to company programs, RD, REAC, HUD, ADA, OSHA, insurance and licensing programs, all regulatory programs, and inspections.
