Facilities Operations Director Jobs

Hire, train and manage student staff to ensure coverage in a variety of capacities.

Create and manage student worker plans including; goals and objectives, improvement plans or termination plans, if necessary.

Manage the hiring process for student-workers to ensure SCU HR compliance.

Manage student worker handbook and guidelines.

B. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In the event of an emergency, take charge of the situation and determine the safest course of action.

Sound understanding and experience in life-safety practices, facilities operations, and facility management.

Bachelor's Degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering preferred.

Familiarity with facility management software and computer-aided facility management (CAFM) systems.

The ideal candidate will be an agile individual that can manage multiple tasks, with an attention to detail

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in facilities operations with 5 years of leadership experience, working with direct reports.

Knowledge of standards and statutes of regulatory agencies including OSHA and Environmental Protection groups.

Competitive base salary $150K-$210K depending on experience

Using your key relationships in the industry to bring in and generate business.
