Custodian, Facilities Management - Georgetown University

One year of custodial work experience preferred

Georgetown University is seeking a Custodian to join our team.

Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Engineering or Facilities Maintenance/Management) or equivalent training/experience

Ability to read and write at a level appropriate to the duties of the position.

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions to ensure safety.

Ability to operate and care for custodial equipment and supplies applicable to the position.

Ability to use custodial systems such as those used to track work orders and two-way radios for communication.

Ability to perform work involving regular physical activity.

Six (6) years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor’s degree in related area plus two (2) years of related experience/training.

Experience working in a college health setting with college-age student population.

Experience in Student Health or medical/clinical setting.
