Facilities Lead Jobs in California

Previous project management experience, a plus.

Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management

Some engineering experience including ability to create drawings, diagrams and schematics after analyzing data.

Coordinates and communicates with maintenance supervisor and manager daily on status of all work progress.

Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a construction, maintenance, HVAC, repair, or similar industry.

Leads maintenance staff members in the field to execute maintenance of facility and equipment to ensure facilities needs are met.

Perform other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (OR a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relative experience.

Minimum of 5 years additional experience in facilities, equipment, and tools in an industrial environment

Strong oral and written communication skills

Experience collaborating with a global team.

Preferable have professional license or certification in one of the following areas: Electrician, HVAC, Plumber/Pipefitter, Automation/Controls, Machining, Welding.
