Explains procedures to patient to ensure understanding. Provides appropriate educational material.

Education • High School Diploma/GED required

Follows radiation safety procedures and guidelines. Prevents patient from being exposed to unnecessary radiation.

Performs post procedural duties including patient discharge, room clean up and restocking supplies.

• Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Bachelor's degree in management or engineering from an accredited institution.

Experience with reviewing and selecting products and equipment for purchase.

Demonstrated experience using building automation and climate control systems.

Experience in a large public setting.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Previous leadership roles reporting to senior management preferred.

Implements Master Facility Plan objectives established by the Senior Leadership Team and Trinity Healthcare System.

Provide project management oversight to all capital improvements which includes defining scope and objectives, involving stakeholders, and ensuring feasibility.

Provide space management within all buildings which includes allocation, renovation, and relocations.

Candidate should have broad knowledge as it relates to HVAC, plumbing, structural repairs, and landscaping (exterior) maintenance oversight.

Those with Military leadership experience are highly desired.

Develop and implement a buildings and grounds maintenance program using historic records, replacement schedules, and periodic inspection with appropriate staff.

Possesses exceptional organization and time management skills.

Minimum of 7 to 10 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

Must have Joint Commission accreditation experience.

Possesses superior written and verbal communication skills.

BS in Engineering or related discipline. Master’s Degree is required.

Minimum three (3) years of experience as a manager in a full service imaging department required.

Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

Develops department budgets and applies and evaluates cost/benefits analysis of all medical imaging services and operations.

Bachelor's degree in health care, business OR four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.

Demonstrated excellent communication skills and a track record of previous administrative project initiatives, labor relations and human relations skills.
