Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance at such level as is determined by management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Coordinates equipment set-up and tear-down for meetings and events as directed by the Facilities Department

Provides emergency custodial duties as needed and directed by the Facilities Department.

Knowledge of proper and safe use of custodial equipment.

Basic computer proficiency for data entry.

Ability to grasp and maintain an extensive knowledge of the Institute's personalities, building layout and available assets.

Must be willing to submit to a post-offer physical.

Must be willing to maintain First Aide/CPR/AED training/certification
