Fabrication Engineer Jobs

Experience in primary (lasers), secondary (bend), welding (both manual & robotic).

Support daily operation by responding to tactical safety issues.

Participate in Continuous Improvement to achieve CI200 targets for safety.

Innovate & implement safety & ergonomic improvement ideas.

Specify and design tooling to improve safety both pro-actively & reactively.

Engineering background required and familiarity with Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering.

Project management skills and demonstrated execution skills (i.e., startup of a welding cell).

Experience with line and process design, material presentation, cycles of imbalance and visual management tools.

2 or more years of Machining experience.

Analytical skills to determine welding related cycle times and costs.

Demonstrated understanding of quality planning and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills with Shop floor and Engineering
