Deep experience in hotel and housing management –

Short- and long-range planning and proactive management and prioritization of timelines and priorities

Proven excellence in participating in cross-team program management

Logistics and management for key conference elements (in-person and virtual) included but not limited to the below:

B2B corporate events experience (Sr Mgr 8+ years; Mgr 5+ years)

Experience working with on-site vendors, labor and external agencies

Experience in a travel or project management role would be ideal.

Minimum two years experience in a travel, administration or project management role

Strong organization, attention to detail and time management skills

We currently have a part-time position for a detail-oriented, friendly and motivated Travel and Experiences Planner.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

•Possibility to attend trips in person to support with logistics and ensure a seamless client experience

Strong organization and project management skills

Co-create and set the vision and goals for program offerings for the target audience of TFA alumni in education.

A broad knowledge or expertise in educational leadership organizations and content knowledge

Review quantitative and qualitative data from program offerings to continuously improve offerings in partnership with SMD Participant Leadership Development

Work closely with operations and communications staff to ensure strong recruitment and logistics for any program offerings

Ensure a cohesive programmatic experience, working directly with regional teams as needed

Product management preferably in consumer products or related industry experience

Experience defining product vision and strategy

Experience building consensus across an organization

An excellent leader. You display strong leadership, collaboration, and relationship building skills
