Apartment Leasing: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Assist management team with customer, employee, and financial related projects

Minimum three (3) years’ experience as an administrative assistant or similar relevant position

Excellent Teamwork and hospitality skills

Outstanding communication skills to include speaking, writing, and presenting

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Extensive knowledge and capability with office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems

Manage the lease renewal process

Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and exposure to social media

Knowledge of leasing software a plus including Yardi, Blue Moon, Onesite, MRI, etc.

Greet prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs, preferences, and close leads

Collect security deposits, rent, and any other charges associated with resident move-ins

Communicate all lease and community policies to new and current residents
