Exhibits Project Coordinator Jobs in Arizona

Supervision of the Exhibits Department staff, including all aspects of personnel management (scheduling, timesheets, performance appraisals, etc.).

Responsible for training of new staff and continued education of existing staff members.

Work with department Record Keeper to manage and distribute exhibit work orders to Exhibits staff.

Working with Assistant Director of Facilities to plan and manage small and medium exhibits projects.

Working with Assistant Director of Facilities to establish and manage departmental budget for the fiscal year.

Responsible for ordering and purchasing of Exhibits related items.
