2-4 years of experience in a design coordination role, preferably within the home goods or textiles industry.

Strong knowledge of fabrics, materials, and their applications, particularly in the context of home goods.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturers.

Knowledge of current trends, culture, and design in fashion and music

Excellent skills in typography, branding and layout

2+ years of graphic design experience

Provide administrative support to Creative team for tour & e-commerce presentations for artist merchandise

Assist the creative department with uploading and organizing art files

Extensive shipment and inventory management experience

Manage the logistics, packing and coordinating of props, sets, artwork and exhibits.

Manage tracking, shipping and inventory reports on a daily basis.

3-5 years of experience working in museums and/or exhibition

Excellent oral and written communication skill

Advanced proficiency in required computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)

Support // Assists Lead and Associate Designers with all assigned design projects, including all listed under the designer’s responsibilities

Sketchup // Demonstrates knowledge, growth, and opportunities while assisting with Sketchup edits

Purchasing // Will assist in purchasing and procurement requests for design projects, and manage order tracking.

Training and knowledge are shared as opportunities arise.

Decision Making // Consults with supervisor/manager and fully complies with the Company’s policies and SOP’s.

Knowledge of GSuite Software Products, Slack, Ivy, etc.
