Experience managing and supervising support staff and/or interns, and working productively and collaboratively with senior management staff
Tech savvy with strong computer skills, including high degree of knowledge and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and google platforms
Manages the Director’s calendar and meetings in liaison with the MoMA PS1 leadership team, including anticipatory prep for meetings.
Manages and prioritizes, the Director’s email and correspondence; compiles information for response and/or responds on own initiative where appropriate.
Plans, books, and manages all domestic and international travel for the Director.
Minimum of five years’ experience in progressively responsible administrative roles, preferably in arts, cultural, or other non-profit organizations

The Executive and Special Projects Assistant will provide administrative and project support to the executive team and other departments. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The Executive and Special Projects Assistant will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the preparation of executive presentations and reports
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements
• Managing and tracking project timelines and budgets
• Developing and maintaining project plans and documents
• Assisting with research and data analysis
• Developing and maintaining databases
• Assisting with the development of marketing materials
• Assisting with the development of policies and procedures
• Providing administrative support to the executive team
