Serve as the on-staff lead HR representative, manages the Church’s benefit plans (Medical, LTD, Life, 403b.
Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and the finance committee.
Provide oversight and direction to the Administrative, Staff Relations, and Finance boards.
Manages cash and ensures adequate internal control systems and processes.
