Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Intermediate knowledge of MAC products.

Master’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field.

Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM) certification by the American Hospital Association (AHA).

Compensation: $167,000.00 to $273,000.00 annually depending on experience

Ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in facilities planning, design, construction, engineering, or building operations.

• Manage senior stakeholders and support design leads

• Run and manage the entire creative team in the UK or abroad

• Run and manage the entire creative team across geography or sector specific

• 15+ Years’ experience within the design industry either within an agency of product design business

• Experience overseeing the running of a design agency/business as ED

• Experience liaising with senior internal stakeholders
