Overview:

The Executive Assistant to the Provost is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Provost and other senior staff. This position is responsible for managing the Provost’s calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and providing general administrative support. The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for managing the Provost’s office budget, tracking expenses, and preparing reports.

Detailed Job Description:

• Manage the Provost’s calendar and schedule meetings, appointments, and other events.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for the Provost and other senior staff.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
• Manage the Provost’s office budget and track expenses.
• Prepare and submit expense reports.
• Maintain filing systems and databases.
• Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls.
• Greet visitors and provide general administrative support.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
