Executive Artistic Director Jobs in Minnesota

- Work with the membership and 3rd party constituents to develop, promote and manage fundraising events

must reside in SE Michigan

- Fundraising with an emphasis on identifying and enlisting corporate sponsors

- Work with the Board to develop, implement and monitor strategic/operational plans

- Oversight of the budget including budget planning, projections, and monitoring

High School diploma, higher education, and accompanied by specific training and/or certification in management activities

Actively manages and leads the community team, including recruiting and retention of key contributors, performance management, employee development, coaching, and feedback

Directs and monitors timely and accurate completion of all daily/weekly/monthly billings, accounting and bookkeeping requirements

Must possess good marketing and public relations skills

Must have current certification as an Assisted Living Administrator

Directs and monitors all marketing activities to achieve a 100% occupied community

Manages the selection, training, leadership development and performance of assigned leadership to retain a professional, motivated workforce for assigned community.

Additional Qualifications for Long-Term Care or Continuum Communities

Two (2) or more years of long term care administrator experience preferred

Three (3) or more years of housing experience preferred

Experience building relationships with and mentoring youth of various demographics

Knowledge of youth development best practices

Experience with leadership and staff development

At least three (3) years of human services or nonprofit experience
