RN Exchange 2 Harlan job is a position for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide care and support to patients in a variety of settings. The skill requirements for this job include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Qualifications for this job include a valid RN license, a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, and a current CPR certification. Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and patient assessment is also required. Experience in a variety of clinical settings is preferred, as is experience with electronic medical records. Responsibilities for this job include providing patient care, administering medications, performing assessments, and documenting patient progress. The RN must also be able to provide patient education and support, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
