Evidence Based Services Administrative Assistant Jobs in Texas

Must possess skills to operate standard office and computer equipment, data management, organizational and budgeting skills.

Supports the development, implementation, and management of health and wellness programs, complying with all Association standards and safety procedures.

Related degree or relevant experience preferred.

Obtain and remain compliant with all certifications and standards assigned by YMCA of the USA and the AMA YMCA.

Should have experience in recruiting, marketing, outreach, motivating others, and must understand relationship development.

Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

Plans and executes smooth transition of responsibilities to support staff and management teams at completion of project.

Administers and coordinates change schedules with department staff, and management teams, other departments, other entities, and vendors as indicated.

Ensures user acceptance of changes based on functional requirements.

Estimates and controls project fiscal requirements.

Required 2 years business, project, and/or healthcare experience

A bachelor's degree may substitute for two (2) years of work experience
