Overview The Events and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events and marketing campaigns for the organization. This role requires a creative and organized individual who is able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. The Events and Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the marketing team to ensure that all events and campaigns are successful and meet the organization’s objectives. Detailed Job Description• Plan, organize, and execute events and marketing campaigns for the organization
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events and campaigns
• Manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Coordinate with vendors and other stakeholders to ensure successful events and campaigns
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of events and campaigns
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other stakeholders
• Prepare and present reports on events and campaigns
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Job Skills Required
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• At least two years of experience in event planning and/or marketing
• Knowledge of event planning and marketing software
• Ability to work flexible hours
