Event Sales Admin Jobs in Ohio

Excellent communication, prioritization, time-management and organization skills

Relay any discrepancies between agreements and payments to owning Event Sales Manager or Event Sales Consultant.

Answer phones within 3 rings.

Ensure that Topgolf service standards are being met and the phone is being answered with a positive attitude.

Qualify and distribute all leads. (Phone leads, web leads, walk in leads).

Follow phone guidelines identified in the phone shop report.

Knowledge of management principles and familiarity with company products, services, and policies

Develop a training program to maximize guest experience and ensure effective customer communication, event planning, and execution

Manage an independent work schedule with integrity and as expected

Eager to learn new sales skills

Minimum five (5) years direct related work experience required

Minimum three (3) years experience in customer care environment required

• Be knowledgeable about the services offered

• Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion

• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs

• Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems

• Answer questions about the services

• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements
