Requirements: We're looking for individuals who have:

Maintain a clean, safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Collaborate effectively with team members and event coordinators.

Collaborate with Manager to support the activation plan, budgeting, event execution, recapping, and reconciliation

Manage the warehousing PO system and understand/execute the shipping process

1+ year experience in experiential marketing and/or event production

Touring/Road experience or CDL experience not required but a plus

Demonstrates knowledge and desire to learn event production

Excellent customer focus, interpersonal and written communication skills

Strong organization, communication and project/time management skills

Knowledge of business and management principles involved in planning, resource allocation, production methods, and coordination of people and resources

Manages onsite set up, build, and break down of events; oversees all aspects of the venue, on-site vendors, and production staff

A minimum of one to three years of experience in event production

Sources venues, décor, linens, entertainment, stationery, welcome bags, etc. and obtains pricing and availability for all items

Trains and supervises interns and production assistants required for events
