Degree in Training, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a related field with experience in learning, leadership or talent development.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word as well as Google apps and learning management systems. Experience with UKG is a plus.
Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager.
Experience facilitating training to all levels of staff from line level to executive audiences on hard and soft skills.
Partner with operational leaders to assess if employees demonstrate effective technical and leadership skills for their roles.
Identify performance gaps and work with managers to develop and implement appropriate training to improve performance.
