Team Member – Heart of House (Kitchen)

What We Are Looking For in a Heart of House Team Member:

Offering help with using the ordering kiosks

Offering assistance to those in need of some extra hands

Greeting guests and communicating with them while ordering

Checking with them once they have their food to make sure they’re satisfied, or to see if they need anything else

Ensuring kids receive a kid treat

Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations

Looking for hard working Kitchen Team Members starting at $18 per hour.

Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required

Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date

Must be available to work 3 days (minimum) a week

Must be available to work one opening or closing shift per week

Must be available to work on weekends (Fri-Saturday)

Must be eligible to work in the United States

Responsibly manage and maintain all inventory and equipment.

Prepare, manage, and remove products from open and preserve fryers

1+ year of kitchen or hospitality experience is a plus

Strong customer service skills and commitment to providing a consistently excellent experience

Previous line cook, fast casual, cashier, and/or food hall experience a plus but not required
