Evaluation Consultant Jobs in California

Master’s degree in computer science, optical science, image science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience in camera testing or characterization

Knowledge of image quality metrics and standards (ISO, CPIQ, EMVA, P2020, ...).

Proficient with Matlab, experience with scripting languages such as Python in Windows and Linux environment

Excellent interdisciplinary skills, ability to connect with many teams at all project stages

Fast learning and good troubleshooting skills

Provide extensive DoD Test experience with the Defense acquisition management processes in accordance with the DoD 5000 series instructions.

BA/BS degree plus twelve (12) years of experience in Department of Defense acquisition program management; or,

MA/MS degree plus ten (10) years of experience in Department of Defense acquisition program management;

DoD weapon system test and evaluation management experience;

Prepare and present Program Management/Execution Review briefings

Manage the day-to-day of your team (e.g., prioritization, work-streams, output, etc.);

Collaborate with engineers and product managers to write and execute test cases based on product specs and member behavior.

Develop project and test plans with multiple work streams and help manage execution.

Use product knowledge to identify issues and create bug reports.

Experience in Agile Testing practices

Experience with test plan & test case writing

Experience with SQL or other database structures
