Provide for the management and supervision of assigned support staff and facilitate support for faculty teaching and service activities.

Teaching experience in higher education or corporate setting

Innovative and collaborative management style that demonstrates understanding of diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds while fostering accountability.

Promote successful student transfer to technical education and degree programs and/or employment placement and/or cooperative education placement.

Masters degree in Linguistics, TESL, Higher Education of Business Administration, Leadership, or related field required.

Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working with students with disabilities is preferred for Special Education Aides

Assist in the administration of the instructional plan for students with disabilities

Child Development Associates credential is preferred for Early Childhood Education Aides

Collaborate in the implementation of the daily lesson plans by performing tasks that reinforce learning

Assist the classroom teacher in regularly observing students and taking anecdotal notes to inform planning, arrangement of small groups, and assessments

Help maintain accurate student records

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour based on experience, education, and certifications

Coursework and Competency Check to obtain the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
