Equipment Operations Coordinator Jobs

Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience preparing commercial equipment loan/lease documents

Knowledge of various lease structures

Demonstrated knowledge of loan documentation and lending regulations

Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail

Experience with Aspire and pricing software (such as TValue and SuperTRUMP) is a plus

Support new equipment configuration into computerized maintenance management system (SAP PM)

Other F&E Asset Management related tasks

Technical or Business/Operations Management Degree Preferred

Support cross functional teams with CMMS verification and certifications related to equipment start up.

Preferred Certifications - SAP PM Module

Support new equipment processing and introduction

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Assists with uniform repairs and laundry equipment management to ensure they are operational for high usage.

High School Degree (bachelor’s preferred) in a related field, such as sports management or business administration.

Work with Logistics manager on executing travel coordination and scheduling as needed.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and report preparation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
