Serve as a liaison with outside organizations regarding such matters as employment, education, healthcare, housing, social services, legal issues, etc.

Conduct vocational assessment to determine educational/employment needs.

Bachelor's degree (e. g., B.A., B.S.W.) and two years of applicable experience and/or equivalent experience.

Assist clients in attaining their employment related goals by identifying and referring clients to appropriate services both within and outside CAMBA.

Develop curriculum to address shelter residents’ employment needs.

Develop and facilitate a series of Employment Related Workshops.

Excellent analytical, problem solving and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at one time.

At least one (1) year of prior relevant work experience investigating and resolving allegations of discrimination or harassment is required.

Practical experience designing and implementing DEI strategies and project plans to support effective implementation of related programs and initiatives.

Experience serving on a project team and/or committee with the ability to work collaboratively with staff at all levels.

Strong presentation and verbal and written communication skills.

Experience working in diverse and dynamic settings, particularly in a legal, law enforcement or social services environment.

There are no specific education requirements or substitution of education for experience for this position.

Must be able to obtain and maintain mediation annual certification requirements within 6 months of entrance on duty.
