Epic Revenue Cycle Project Manager Jobs

Experience in and knowledge of all medical billing protocols including HCPCS, ICD-10, and CPT codes as well as EMR system experience

1+ years of experience in medical claims/billing

High School Diploma or equivalent

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel

Salary Range: $19.0800 - $29.3200 /hour

Computer knowledge, Knowledge of EHR systems billing practice management systems, Excel, Office, Word

Responsible for accurately entering encounter forms into practice management systems, per department standards

Able to multi task in different electronic medical record and practice management systems daily

Responsible for updating practice management system with correct information in regards to insurance and patient registration

Keeps current knowledge of PPO, HMO, Commercial and government payer guidelines.

3 years of experience in the healthcare field of revenue cycle and medical professional billing

Minimum of seven to ten years’ demonstrated experience in applications analysis, management implementing and supporting systems in a hospital setting.

Participates in special meetings and work groups; including team members, end users, Information Systems staff and management.

Post graduate course work and/or certification highly desirable.

Application and technology implementation experience highly desirable, including competency in standard IT project development phases.

Monitors utilization of information systems and applications; prepare recommendations for modifying configurations to accommodate changing end user and regulatory requirements.

Contributes to the knowledge base by adding and supplementing entries.
