Experience in developing mechanistic pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic models or systems biology models to study physiology, pathophysiology, and/or pharmacology

Previous experience in using ordinary differential equations to simulate physiological, pathophysiological, and/or pharmacological processes required

Determine time and resources required to execute projects and help establish plans and schedules

Guide or direct other computational research associates in experimental procedures and processes

A multidisciplinary background in mathematical modeling, biology, and computational modeling.

Stock culture management and quality control of same

Microbiological media management and quality control of same

Research experiments as deemed appropriate by Merck management

Prepare GMP documentation as requested by management

Inform management of non-conforming events

Retrieve data when requested by Microbiology management

1 year of housekeeping/ESD experience required in lieu of High School/GED Diploma

High School Grad or Equivalent

Environmental Associate Less than a year

Responsible for maintenance of floors.

Experience in developing and validating analyses for small molecules, biologics and proteins by LCMS.

Knowledge of basic laboratory safety training is advantageous but not required.

Exceptional oral and written communication skills and ability to network and build consensus within a multi-disciplinary organization.

Drug regulatory experience is desired, particularly regulatory science research.

Developing and validating ligand binding assays for various protein molecules.

Produces reports for reliable, sensitive, and validated methods of analyses (prepares, edit, and designate project reports).

Bachelor’s Degree in biology, ecology, natural resource management, environmental science, or related field or equivalent work experience.

Field experience sufficient to possess expert technical skills in wetland delineation and typing, stream typing, or wildlife assessment.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements for assigned projects such as environmental or land development regulations.

Knowledge of methods for the collection and analysis of natural resource data for research.

Demonstrated ability to use standard office equipment and intermediate skill using Microsoft Office Products including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Excellent graphic presentation, oral and technical writing skills.
