Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and ArcGIS

Computer literate; knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Assist project managers with developing and managing the project scope including fee estimates, financial management, staffing and schedule.

Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Ability to creatively apply technical knowledge.

Experience developing construction documents (drawings, technical specification, opinions of probable construction cost).

Experience with ArcGIS or other Geographic Information Systems software.

Experience with hydrologic and hydraulic analysis (HEC-HMS,HEC-RAS, PCSWMM, HY-8)

5+ years of experience required.

Experience with HEC-RAS, SRH-2D, transportation hydraulics, hydraulic structure design, and storm drain system analysis preferred.

Conduct difficult to complex hydraulic and hydrologic modeling.

Conduct storm water collection systems modeling and design.

Experience or coursework preferred with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, AutoCAD, Microstation, GIS, unsteady flow, and 2D modeling.

Registered engineer in training, or the ability to acquire.

Demonstrated ability to complete complex work assignments.

Ability to work within a project team structure.
