Salary: competitive base salary of $67,000 plus an uncapped bonus

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Management/Computer Information Systems, or a related field

Designing, developing, and/or testing and configuring systems based on requirements

Minimum of 3 months coursework or on-the-job experience related to technology or business analysis

Recommendations by professors and/or internship supervisors for technical abilities and grasp of multiple technologies

Involvement and/or leadership experience during college through campus or community activities including student athletics

Working in a team-based environment

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, IT Management, Finance, CS, or Engineering preferred

Demonstrates sound judgment and effective decision making to manage and mitigate risk

Proactively offers to help others and demonstrates willingness to be part of the team

MS Office Skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Problem solving and analytical skills

Recent graduate to 3 years’ experience in climate change consulting or a related industry position.

Strong analytical skills, ability to think strategically, analyze and synthesize diverse qualitative and quantitative data and information.

Excellent verbal and written language skills are essential.

Comfortable working both remotely and in-office when needed.

Support development of climate change strategy and action planning, and modeling and setting of science-based targets.

Assist clients in the evaluation of climate change risks and opportunities, conducting financial impact analysis and reporting according to leading frameworks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Conduct air quality analyses, assess regulatory compliance, and perform regulatory applicability evaluations.

Prepare emission inventory reports; quantify air pollutant emissions and impacts.

Evaluate air pollution control technologies, including technical and economic feasibility of air pollution control equipment.

Implement climate change projects, such as greenhouse gas inventories, emission reductions, energy efficiency, public disclosure and verification.

Assist clients with Maximum Achievable Control Technology (MACT) compliance programs.

Gathering business requirements - understanding your clients needs and documenting the details

Has excellent verbal and written communication skills

Has experience with Microsoft Office tools (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Word)

Is a natural multitasker - Is organized and able to juggle and prioritize multiple responsibilities
