Overview An Entry Case Manager is responsible for providing case management services to individuals and families in need of assistance. They are responsible for assessing the needs of their clients, developing and implementing plans to address those needs, and providing ongoing support and monitoring. They also coordinate with other service providers to ensure that their clients receive the best possible care. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in case management
• Certification in case management or a related field
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and policies
• Knowledge of community resources
