Overview Enrollment Specialist Group Benefit Ops is responsible for providing customer service and enrollment support for group benefit plans. This position is responsible for ensuring that all customer inquiries are answered in a timely and accurate manner, and that all enrollment and benefit changes are processed accurately and efficiently. Detailed Job Description Enrollment Specialist Group Benefit Ops is responsible for providing customer service and enrollment support for group benefit plans. This position is responsible for ensuring that all customer inquiries are answered in a timely and accurate manner, and that all enrollment and benefit changes are processed accurately and efficiently. The Enrollment Specialist will also be responsible for providing customer service and technical support to plan participants, employers, and brokers. • Knowledge of group benefit plans

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of group benefit plans
