Stock Discrepancy Management: Monitor & Reconcile

Manage all the shared files and emails with Customer Service& Dior Operations and take action to resolve clients issues

Financial reconciliation between Cegid and finance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Intermediate to advance Excel skills required (advanced skills a plus)

Knowledgeable of direct to consumer fulfillment operations

Experience in an Office management/ EA role

A professional presence when interacting with senior management, external clients, and vendors

Manage market team culture initiatives, including the organizing and coordination of culture events, employee engagement efforts, and team celebrations

Partner with our Project Manager to ensure the flawless execution of larger projects focused on business operations

Ability to work to deadlines, manage a busy workload and prioritize tasks

A detail oriented perfectionist with exceptional organizational skills
