Sr Engineering Design Tech Jobs in Illinois

Responsible for financial requirements associated with projects that support the Asset Investment Committee (AIC) / Project Review Committee (PRC) process.

Applies technical knowledge to help promote a safe work environment and to enhance customer satisfaction.

Knowledge and ability to apply problem-solving approaches.

Knowledge of construction, operations or engineering principles and practices.

Proficient Computer Drawing and Computer Assisted Design skills.

Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.

People management responsibilities, such as leading expectations, team/individual goals, resource allocation / forecasting, and setting the vision for team dynamics

Experience with Agile project management methods and terminology

5+ years of experience in project management

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams to align and deliver projects in a matrixed environment

Engineering project experience, including cross-functional collaboration to achieve common goals
